Get ready for some fall fun at Pumpkin Pickin’ Palooza! Bring the whole family to the Ag Expo for a festive autumn experience filled with pumpkins, kids’ activities, coloring fun and plenty of opportunities to make memories together.

Guests can pick out their very own pumpkin to take home, get creative with our fall-themed coloring sheets, and enjoy a variety of activities designed for kids and families.

Admission: $5 per person
Pumpkins: $8 each

Pumpkin Pickin’ Palooza will be held every weekend during the first four weekends of October, giving your family plenty of chances to stop by and enjoy the season.

10th Annual Broncs in the Bakken

Join us for the 10th Annual Broncs in the Bakken on Saturday, October 24, at 3:00 p.m. in the indoor arena at the McKenzie County Ag Expo. Produced by Stan Headings, this premier ABHA-sanctioned Bucking Horse Futurity showcases the next generation of outstanding bucking horses competing for top honors.

This year's event features:

• Yearling Class – $5,000 Added Money
• 2-Year-Old Class – $10,000 Added Money
• 3-Year-Old Class – $10,000 Added Money

Each class champion will receive a custom championship belt in addition to their winnings.

Don't miss an exciting afternoon of elite bucking horse competition as top breeders, contractors, and horses come together for one of the region's premier futurity events.

Friends of the NRA Banquet at the McKenzie County Ag Expo for an evening of community, fellowship, and support for the future of shooting sports!

Friends of the NRA is dedicated to supporting local and national programs that promote firearm safety, education, marksmanship, and the shooting sports. Guests can enjoy an evening of food, fundraising, and opportunities to connect with fellow supporters while helping fund programs that benefit their communities.

Think you’re brave enough to make it through?

Get ready for a night of frights, surprises and plenty of scares at the Ag Expo Haunted Maze! On October 30 & 31, the maze will come alive with live actors lurking around every corner, ready to scare you when you least expect it.

Grab your friends, bring your courage and prepare to make your way through the twists, turns and terrifying surprises waiting inside. You never know what—or who—you’ll encounter along the way! 😈

Whether you’re looking for a good scare or just want to see how brave your friends really are, the Haunted Maze is the place to be this Halloween weekend.

Get ready to deck the halls and show off your holiday creativity! Deck the Halls is a festive Christmas tree decorating competition where teams, businesses, organizations, and community members can transform a Christmas tree into their own unique holiday masterpiece. Decorate during the week of thanksgiving, and take down is the first week of January.

Choose a theme, gather your team, and let your imagination run wild! Whether your tree is traditional and elegant, hilariously over-the-top, or completely unexpected, we want to see what you can create.

Then the community gets to vote! Every penny counts as a vote, and the tree with the most votes wins!

The winning group get to choose a local nonprofit to recieve ALL of the proceeds!

Trees will be on display for the community to enjoy. It’s a fun way to celebrate the holiday season, showcase local creativity, and bring a little extra Christmas magic to the community.

Think you have what it takes to take home the title? Grab your ornaments, lights, garland, and your best decorating crew—and get ready to Deck the Halls!
